The Ryedale Rumble is renowned for being one of the most scenic sportives in the country and our feed stations are located in three stunning locations:
Helmsley – we’ll be pitched up at the Primary School which is one of the feeder schools (no pun intended) for Ryedale School who we are raising money for with this event. Visit Helmsley tells you all you need to know about this lovely market town so try and find some time, pre or post ride, to have a potter around.
Hutton le Hole – you’ll be directed to the public car park for our feed station in this moorland village. It’s a great place for your friends and family to have a cream tea or an ice cream before cheering you on to the finish. And there’s the award-winning Ryedale Folk Museum which you’ll need a couple of hours for.
Lealholm – only those doing the 170km Extreme Route will be checking in at our feed station in the lovely village of Lealholm, recently described as the ‘prettiest village in Yorkshire’. The primary school there are very kindly allowing us use of their facilities where you’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome by our volunteers.
Huge thanks to our feed station sponsors – Beadlam Grange and local councillor Val Arnold who supported our successful bid for a Locality Grant.
The Ryedale Rumble has a deserved reputation for great food at our feed stations and this year will be no exception.
If you haven’t booked your entry yet then do it today – think about all that lovely grub you’ll be missing out on if you don’t!
