As you may know we have three feed stations on the routes of the 2018 Ryedale Rumble, located in Helmsley, Hutton le Hole and Lealholm. You may also be aware that we’re running the sportive as a charity fundraiser for Ryedale School, so every penny counts.
That’s why we have opened up the opportunity for local businesses to sponsor a feed station and we’re delighted to announce that the wonderful Beadlam Grange Farmshop have chosen to support us this way.

On the last Sunday in April a group of cyclists, a film maker and a licensed drone pilot met at Byland Abbey at 8.00am to begin shooting our Ryedale Rumble promotional film. It was a little damp and chilly but everyone was in good spirits as the initial footage was recorded.

Thanks to the grant from the North York Moors National Park Authority we have been able to go ahead with our film making plans.
Yesterday we teamed up with Polly Baldwin of Dynamic Pictures and licensed drone pilot Finn Barnaby of Unique Perspective, as well as lots of pals who came with their super cool bikes on a decidedly chilly Sunday morning. It was an early start, 8.00am at Byland Abbey:
