Taking part in the Ryedale Rumble on June 30th can be a great way to raise some much needed funds for your own favourite charity whilst helping Friends of Ryedale School at the same time.
If we can get all the costs of running the Rumble covered through sponsorship it means the income we receive from every entry goes to Friends of Ryedale School and our big push to develop an all-weather pitch.
However, it’s also a brilliant opportunity for you to get sponsors for your charity by completing one of our three rides. Plus you have a great day out too!
We’d be delighted to highlight, via this blog or through our social media channels, any riders who are doing this so please get in touch if you are.
With the fantastic sponsorship we got last year from the North York Moors National Park we were able to get ten large vinyl banners which we placed on popular cycle routes.
We’ve managed to do some clever patchwork to change the date appropriate for this year (spot the join!) and our great team of volunteers are out and about setting them up.
Here’s one on a popular route that passes through Fryton:
See how many you can spot!!
What a great start to the weekend, opening the Yorkshire Post magazine and seeing the Ryedale Rumble listed in their Take Five of cycling sportives!
If you’ve come here today after seeing that do check out our video promo and have a look around the site to learn more about the routes and the beautiful North York Moors where it all happens on June 30th.
You can book your place on the Ryedale Rumble via British Cycling – see you in the summer!
